RibCore

RibCore hollow core polystyrene doors are our innovative alternative to traditional honeycomb cardboard hollow core doors. In the entry market, RibCore doors offer a significant advantage with a much higher glue-to-door-skin contact area - approximately 42% compared to just 4% in honeycomb core doors.

The greater glue contact makes the door stronger with substantially greater impact resistance and delamination prevention after impact. The polystyrene core also offers enhanced thermal insulation, helping to keep your home warmer in winter and cooler in summer.
